FIG Promotes Server Morgan Calcote to GM

After the departure of FIG's beverage director/general manager David McCarus, co-owner Adam Nemirow took the lead on the restaurant and filled in the GM position. Today, co-owners Mike Lata and Nemirow announced that server Morgan Calcote will step up from the floor to take on the responsibilities of management.

Calcote has been on the service staff at FIG for the past two years and was promoted to dining room manager after her first year. She's a veteran of the Charleston food and beverage scene, with experience in guest relations at Indigo Road outfits O-Ku and Oak Steakhouse. Colcote said of her new responsibilities, "I am proud to be part of FIG and look forward to working alongside such a dynamic and thoughtful team."
