R. Kitchen is Open for Business on Rutledge

R. Kitchen, the tiny space across from Caribbean-flavored spot Fuel, is now open. The restaurant unlocked their doors on Memorial Day and is ready to take on hungry customers. Chef/owner Ross Webb describes the concept as "fun and communal" and states the menu ranges from "Southern to Mediterranean."

Webb gave Eater a peek at the plates and space a few weeks ago. There are only 30 seats, but Ross expects a brisk take-out business during the day. R. Kitchen is open from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for lunch and reopens at 5:00 p.m. for dinner. The establishment is located at 80 Rutledge Ave.
