A Look Inside Charleston Distilling Company

Perhaps the slickest looking liquor producer around, Charleston Distilling Company allows Eater photographer Rémy Thurston inside to give readers a look at their digs. The distillery plans to open this summer with tasting hours from from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Charleston Distilling works with Flowers Farm in Summerton, SC to grow and mill the grains used in their spirits. From the mill they bring the grains down to their Charleston spot on King St. and begin the process of creating a mash, fermenting, and distilling. They look to produce vodka, gin, whiskey, and bourbon.
