Leon's Scores Sous Chef From The Ordinary

Soon to open Leon's Oyster Shop has welcomed Geoff Rhyne on as their sous chef. Post and Courier broke the addition to the upcoming restaurant yesterday. Rhyne is currently the chef de cuisine at raw bar emporium The Ordinary. Many key players in Leon's are alumni of Mike Lata's fancy oyster shop—co-owner Brooks Reitz was once the general manager and head chef Ari Kolender also worked there.

Post and Courier reported that Rhyne will make the switch to the more casual eatery in order to spend more time with his family.
