The peninsula's latest French bistro, Brasserie Gigi, is less than a week old and, already people are buzzing about the newly renovated space on Market Street. Restaurateur Hank Holliday and chef Frank McMahon turned the old Mercato address into a pared-down European-style eatery. Tiled floors, darkened mirrors, white tablecloths, an extra long bar, and plenty of leather lend to the elegant old world atmosphere.
Eater sent photographer Evan Eggers to capture the interiors of Brasserie Gigi before they opened for lunch last week. Peep the dining rooms and zinc bar before your next visit.
