Travel + Leisure magazine seems to think so and voted Butcher & Bee's pastrami on rye (dressed with the Southern greens) one of "America's Strangest Sandwiches." Owner Michael Shemtov explains the collards happened because they were the only vegetable available after a rough winter. [T+L]
