Now that the name is out for the 513 King project, Union Provisions, and the chef is announced, Shane Whiddon (most recently of Colt & Alison Sea Island Company in Sea Island, GA), everyone patiently awaits the menu.
Eater met with co-owners Ben Russell-Schlesinger and Robert Young and chef Whiddon, but they were still not budging on specific descriptions of their fare. "High-end small plates" was the phrase repeated throughout the interview. They said the menu was "99 percent complete." They also reiterated to think American brasserie.
While they didn't share food specifications, Eater does have the first look at the logo—that's something, right?
