Looking for plate of lasagna with a side of Ol' Blue Eyes crooning on the sound system? Guests can find just that at Ristorante LIDI, tonight (LIDI is an acronym for "Little Italy Daniel Island"). The menu reads like the greatest hits of classic Italian food. From caprese to carpaccio to fried calamari, if you have a favorite starter or pasta, it's probably listed.

Eater photograph Rémy Thurston got a sneak peek and said, "Expect Sinatra and Dino to be the soundtrack for any meal, as it should be for a place like this." He also recommended the charcuterie and blood orange mojito.

Chef/Owner Jason Colon said in an interview that he wanted the eatery to be "a place where families can enjoy good, simple food together." The establishment hosted several soft openings this week but will officially unlock their doors at 5:00 p.m. today.
