Co-owners of the restaurant project at 513 King St. revealed that the name of their place will be Union Provisions. While around the South, the word "Union" may conjure up thoughts of the Civil War, Ben Russell-Schlesinger and Robert Young told City Paper that it was more about "a union of food and wine." [CP]
