While restaurateur John Adamson (The Rarebit, Big John's) told Eater he wasn't quite ready to talk about his latest project in Mount Pleasant, the newest addition to his food empire is quite active on social media. Here's what curious onlookers can learn from The Americano's online presence.

Facebook: The restaurant will be located at 819 Coleman Blvd., the previous address of the shuttered Greek eatery Samos. There's a rendering of the renovated space, and it looks very old school, Miami South Beach.

The place is listed as a "Bar & Grill" and "Latin American/Mexican." There are photos of tacos. Also listed are the hours, and it seems it will be an all day dining destination.

Instagram: Not much unique information on Instagram, other than photos of the gutted interiors of the building. Though, there is an amusing video of Adamson bowling at The Alley.

And since graphic designer extraordinaire Jay Fletcher liked so many of The Americano's photos, Eater hopped over to his page, which revealed the first peeks at a logo. Fletcher did the work for The Rarebit, so it makes sense he would work on the new project as well.

Yelp: They're not even open, and they already have comments.

Twitter: The one and only tweet, sent on March 12: "Permits pulled today! Hopefully opening end of May!"

Not discovered: Who is the chef? There are rumors it could be Brannon Florie, who oversees The Rarebit, Big John's, and The Granary. Busy guy. Got any more information? Send us an email or leave it in the comments.
