Less than 24 hours until the opening of French-tinged cozy nook Chez Nous, and Eater has a teaser to whet your appetite. Photographer Evan Eggers stopped by the kitchen to snap a few shots of chefs Chef Jill Mathias and Juan Cassalett in action during a recent friends and family night.
The photographs of the kitchen are intriguing, but this is also the public's first look at a sample of the restaurant's ever-changing menu. Braised octopus, roasted pork belly salad, fresh sausage, fish stew, fig pudding, and an orange tart were the offerings last Sunday. Two appetizers, two entrées, and two desserts will make up the daily rotating list of selections at Chez Nous.
