Quirky Folly Beach food stand Tokyo Crepes will make their way to 62 Spring St., this summer, reports Hanna Raskin for Post & Courier. Expect the new place to be open from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., with all the favorites from the original establishment plus expanded offerings.
