Enough about all the wonderful beers and innovative cocktails to come at brewpub Edmund's Oast, let's talk food. Ladies and gentlemen, Eater has a copy of the menu.
As promised, by chef Andy Henderson, these are not the average bar snacks. Fries with curry sauce, Brussels sprouts with guancialle and something called "nub-puppies" (they grind the ends of the charcuterie into hush puppies) will assist patrons in soaking up the brews consumed at the establishment. There are larger plates and lots of cured meats and cheeses. Of course, you can't have a suds-centric bar without some sort of beef patty, and it sounds like Edmund's bacon, egg and cheeseburger may skyrocket to a few "favorites" lists. Go have a look at the entire spread, and start those plans of attack, because Edmund's Oast should be open before the end of February.
