FOOD ON TV—Le Creuset and Charleston publication Charlie are teaming up to find a native to host a national video series called "The Desperate Chef." They are searching for the perfect host, so if you have an inkling of culinary talent, you should apply. The post states, "Must be a good cook, great on camera, good with people and incredibly resourceful/inventive in the kitchen." [Charlie]
