City Paper reports that owners of beloved Chinese place Red Orchid plan to open a new restaurant in Mount Pleasant named Aya. The space will be an "Asian cookhouse" with former High Cotton sous chef Christian Abbott and co-owner/chef Tony Chu in the kitchen. They should be open in the "next couple of weeks." [CP]
