Weep at the Beauty that is Edmund's Oast

The beer hall to top all beer halls, Edmund's Oast, could have set up shop in a cardboard box and brew fans would still have been excited. Fortunately, co-owners Scott Shor and Rich Carley went with something nicer. The renovated Morrison Drive warehouse designed by architect Dan Sweeney absolutely shines. Finishing touches from Stitch Design Co. create the perfect feeling for an upscale, yet still casual, brewpub.

In these final few days before opening, the crew is still installing a few flourishes, but the space is nearly complete. Eater sent photographer Rebecca Gallagher to capture the scene at Edmund's before the crowds descend this weekend. Take a look at the images here, and go see it in person this Friday.
