After his whirlwind tour of Holy City, complete with a stay at the Belmond Charleston Place and numerous meals at downtown dining greats, international restaurateur Daniel Boulud is back in New York. Boulud ended his vacation with a lunch at sandwich great Butcher & Bee with pal Mickey Bakst (Charleston Grill), who helped plan the trip.
