An amusing photo of carrots dangling above glowing coals popped up on white tablecloths place McCrady's Twitter feed this week. Baffled, curious, and amused by the floating rabbit bait, we just had to share the work of chef de cuisine Daniel Heinze.
If you've kept an eye on his Instagram account, you'll know he probably did something artful with those slow-cooked carrots. It's not every day you spot a vegetable strung up like that in a fancy restaurant kitchen.
