Though it was never the intention of 167 Raw to be a restaurant (they were thinking more fishmonger than fish tacos), the crudos, lobster rolls, and ahi poke coming out of the kitchen immediately hooked patrons. Co-owners Jesse Sandole and Kyle Norton thought they'd stick to a small take-out menu and that four seats in the space would be enough, but demand for eat-in options grew. From just kitchen counter seats, to a beer and wine license, and now actual tables, 167 Raw embraced its new role as a seafood cafe.
Total seat count is up to 18.
