Chef Sean Brock's Book is Already a Best-Seller

Husk/McCrady's chef Sean Brock's first cookbook release Heritage will rank number nine on next week's "Advice, How-to and Miscellaneous" best-seller list from New York Times, according to writer Hanna Raskin. "Other cookbook authors suspect the book's ranking will be followed by many more achievements," states Raskin.
