Be Among the Very First to Peer Inside Minero

Salsa through the tables at the latest from The Neighborhood Dining Group

Erin Perkins is the editor of Eater Carolinas, covering the food and restaurant scene across North and South Carolina.

To keep with the casual Mexican-inspired theme of Minero, designer Michael Shewan of Michael David & Associates went for a comfortable and light feeling at the 155 East Bay St. address. Unlike its previous life as a dark wood and brick clad wine bar, the space shines bright with whitewashed walls and a classic tin ceiling. The restaurant features a six-seat counter, a 1000 square feet of dining space, and a few spots at the bar.

Take a look at the interiors here captured by Eater photographer Leslie McKellar.
