Last night, after normal dining hours, Husk/McCrady's chef Sean Brock released the menu for his latest project Minero. If you've followed the progress of the East Bay eatery, then you've eagerly watched to see what Brock's been up to this past year.

The offerings do not disappoint — it's Mexican meets Lowcountry, in the sort of sophisticated manner fans have come to expect from Brock. There's a burrito with Hoppin' John, avocado, queso Oaxaca, and poblanos or a shrimp and masa grits with chorizo and sofrito. Nothing on the menu is over $10.

Below is the first look from Brock, complete with scribblings of the chef. The website is up and running, so fans may thoroughly research the restaurant before rushing over at 4:00 p.m. today to indulge in tacos and queso fundido.
