DINNERWIRE Chef Kevin Gillespie of Atlanta Gun Show in will be in Charleston next week to cook with chef Jeremiah Bacon at The Macintosh. Readers might remember Gillespie from Top Chef or his restaurant's recent listing as one of Esquire magazine's "Best New Restaurants." The dinner will take place on Tuesday, October 21, at 6:30 p.m. Menu highlights include wood-fired clams with sausage and kale, and porchetta with dumplings and fall vegetables.
