Minero chef Sean Brock reveals that he got hooked on tacos while working in Nashville. "Everyone’s obsessed with this strip of taco joints on Nolensville Road. So, I decided for selfish reasons to open my own," he tells City Paper writer Robert Moss.
Moss gets this nugget of inspiration and other details on newly opened Minero from Brock and operations executive Dan Latimer.
