Executive chef Bryan Cates joined Park Circle's Básico back in July and is making his mark with new fall menu. Followers of the Mexican/Spanish-flavored restaurant on Instagram have probably noticed the sophisticated plates coming out of Cates' kitchen. The chef is finally ready to release the new offering to the public.
Patrons who visit Básico will still be able to order favorites like the taco platter and nachos, but if they are looking for something more adventurous, the kitchen is preparing baby octopus with forbidden rice, Argentinian hanger steak with chimichurri sauce, and a number of newly inspired dishes.
The updated list of plates is online and copied below here. The fall menu will go into effect tomorrow, October 15.
