The Daily, Thursday, 10:00 a.m.

Welcome to our photo series Eater Scenes, where Eater photographers visit some of the city's great restaurants to capture them at a certain, and very specific, point in the day. Today, The Daily at 10:00 a.m. on a Thursday.

Butcher & Bee sibling The Daily has quickly become the place to go for a morning Stumptown coffee, an afternoon sandwich, and a quick stop for wine in the evenings. There aren't any tables, but patrons can happily mill about with their lattes while staring at the colorful array of products or nestle into the front window sill for a makeshift seat.

The space is designed to for swift interactions with the staff to get you on your way. Everyone is equipped with an iPad to help ring you up. The interior has a lighter, softer feel than owner Michael Shemtov's original establishment Butcher & Bee.

If you haven't stopped by the 652 King St. address yet, here is a look at The Daily at 10:00 a.m. on a recent Thursday, as seen through the lens of Eater Charleston photographer Lindsey Harris.
