If a watched pot never boils, what about a restaurant under the scrutinous eyes of the Internet? Does it ever open? Bad analogies aside, beer fans everywhere have their fingers crossed that brewpub Edmund's Oast will unlock their doors before spring.
The former Bird Decorative Hardware & Bath building on Morrison Drive is still pink, but the interior is beginning to look like a restaurant—a far cry from the empty building pictured four months ago. Eater sent photographer Rémy Thurston to capture the progress of one of the most anticipated openings of this winter.
