Word on the street is that the newest projects from Holy City Hospitality, Victor Social Club and Michael's On The Alley, are greeting guests tonight next week. Michael's is a classic, leather-clad steakhouse—the menu ranges from a quintessential crab cake to a colossal 30-ounce ribeye. Victor is more lounge-like, with an extensive cocktail menu and small plates to snack on.
These two establishments will complete the openings of the Hutson Alley projects. Vincent Chicco's, housed on the same block, opened earlier this month.
[UPDATE: A representative from HCH tells Eater that the restaurants will actually be open on Monday, February 2.]
