It's hard to deny the impact Charleston's Husk has made across America in its just over three years of existence. Multiple publications have written about the big house on Queen Street and last-minute reservations continue to be an impossibility. Everyone is still very interested in what sort of fare is coming out of the Southern-centric restaurant. Eater National sent photographer Daniel Krieger to capture chef Sean Brock and chef de cuisine Travis Grimes serve a packed house at 8:00 p.m. on a recent Friday.
