James Stein, currently a line cook at fine dining spot McCrady's, took a few photos of his life in the kitchen at Pittsburgh restaurant Casbah, and it went viral. Though, it's not guaranteed these same scenes happen in Charleston (McCrady's chef Sean Brock may not allow bubbles in the back of house), it's a safe bet to say the cuts, burns and beautiful food are still a part of Stein's long work day.
