Husk/McCrady's chef Sean Brock appeared on CBS This Morning with New York chef April Bloomfield to promote the PBS series Mind of a Chef. The Season 2 premiere featuring Brock airs Saturday, September 7. However, the South Carolina ETV station did not schedule the episode for this weekend.
