Audience members will have a chance to watch Johnson execute a three-course menu as well as interact with the genial chef. EVENTWIREWild Dunes Resort will host their first Island Brews and Chews Craft Beer Festival this Columbus Day weekend, on October 12. For only $30, guests will be able to sample pints from local and national breweries as well as feast on pairings. Examples include, a Frothy Beard Photuris pale ale paired with a smoked skirt steak and curried blue cheese crema or the braised short rib with bacon and bacon fat mascarpone washed down with a Holy City Pluff Mud porter.
