The chef is in the Lowcountry this week to promote his book, Smoke & Pickles. The highlight of the piece may be Barna's insight that, "The last time [Lee] came to Charleston he ended up, he says, 'Being somewhere next to the water with my pants down eating oysters.'" [CP]
