The hype for Italian spot Indaco continues as Eater stumbled upon a menu this morning. The cuisine is divided into antipasti, pizza, pasta, entrees and contorni. Prices range from $5 for Cerignola olives to $27 for a whole roasted bass served with new potatoes, bitter greens and grilled lemon. Pizza choices start with the classic Margherita and go on to a more daring calico scallop pie topped with fingerling potatoes, Malabar spinach and Grana Padano. The restaurant officially opens on Saturday for those who want to be the first to try the fettuccine lamb polpette or eggplant lasagnette.
