Eater is pleased to announce that Erin Perkins has joined the Charleston team as Editor. She's a restaurant industry vet, the Art Director at the College of Charleston, an events columnist, and a general food and dining scene obsessive.
Erin is replacing the wonderful (and wonderfully named) Katie Abbondanza, who has been covering Charleston's vibrant dining scene since last summer. Katie is now bound for New York City's Columbia University to study for a master's degree, and we hope to somehow keep in her the Eater fold.
