Chef Andrew Venable is out, and Jason Rheinwald is in as chef de cuisine for The Ocean Room at The Sanctuary. According to a press release, Rheinwald (pictured to the right) trained at Le Cordon Bleu Institute of Culinary Arts, and spent the past five years cooking in different kitchens at the Kiawah Island Golf Resort, including Turtle Point Clubhouse. Venable joined The Ocean Room back in 2008, and the press team said he is headed to Vermont. [Official Site]
