Fat Ninja, a new pan-Asian food truck here in town, is about to launch "within the next week or so," reports Holy City Sinner. As for the grub, "The truck's chefs Tyler Tin Mai and Peter Vu have prepared a menu that features dishes like: banh mi sandwiches, pho, ramen, duck fat fries and more."
