McCrady's chef and Husk empire-builder Sean Brock is on the cover of the third issue of food-centric, best in the world Fool Magazine. Eater National talked with editor Per-Anders Jorgensen about the issue, including its Origins theme and the five days they spent in Charleston. On Sean Brock, Jorgensen said,
"He's a very serious guy reading books in a suit, and he's also the guy that goes 'round shooting stuff. Also we wanted to tone down this kind of Southern thing, to get away from the stereotypes in a way. He's much more than that. And hopefully we succeeded without losing the playfulness because he's so playful."
Among other things, there is also an interior shot of Brock and one of his pugs. Check out the full sneak peek, over here.
