Last night, the James Beard Foundation announced the winners of the 2013 James Beard Foundation Restaurant and Chef Awards. Outstanding Chef was a tie between New York City's David Chang and Chicago's Paul Kahan while Outstanding Restaurant went to New York City's Blue Hill. Eater National has all the winners, and congrats to Charleston's Sean Brock and The Ordinary team for their nominations.[-E-]
