Jeremiah Bacon of downtown's The Macintosh really is one of the best in bacon, according to Peter Kaminsky, who wrote a book called Bacon Nation. Kaminsky put the Charleston chef's Bacon Happy Hour on his list of "10 great places that showcase the best in bacon." [USA Today]
