In addition to the announcement that Husk Nashville will open tomorrow, Eater National just reported Sean Brock will be featured on the James Beard award-winning show The Mind of a Chef on PBS. In addition to eight episodes on Charleston's Brock, the show's second season will separately follow New York's April Bloomfield.
Executive Producer Chris Collins gave some hint of what to expect in a press release: "With Sean we plow headfirst into his world of true Southern cuisine – from long lost seeds and crops in the lowlands of South Carolina to rice fields in Senegal."
Here's The Mind of a Chef Season 2 Teaser
The show is coming this fall, and promises to "lift the skulls" of both chefs. Much more, over on Eater National.
