YoBo Cantina Fresca Bringing Tacos, Salads to W. Ashley

Yo Burrito, the Mexican place with a patio that's practically on the College of Charleston campus, is rolling out a new concept in West Ashley. YoBo Cantina Fresca is coming to the South Windermere Shopping Center, in a space formerly occupied by the shuttered South of Philly Pizzeria. According to a manager at Yo Burrito, they might be ready to open in as few as two to three weeks.

The downtown spot specializes in burritos and oversized margaritas, but the menu for the West Ashley location hasn't been posted. Their Facebook page has pictures of taco trios with chips and they inquired about ideas for healthy Mexican salad. Not much else is known about the new concept, but they're hiring servers with shining personalities, according to Craigslist. Those in the know should hit up the tipline.
