Earlier this month, Eater readers lit up the comments with thoughts on perfect French fries across Charleston. Now, the debate is of the liquid variety (mostly). Specifically, which bars and restaurants in the Holy City are best for happy hour? The seats at O-Ku fill up no time after the doors open, the Recovery Room is famous for its practically-free PBRs and plenty of other places on and off the peninsula are hotspots after work.
