Cheers! The long delayed, hotly-anticipated Craftsmen Kitchen and Taphouse is finally here. Well, almost. The PR team announced as of 5pm this evening, the Pale Room will come to life with its 12 taps of pale ales and the main bar will flow with 36 more glorious options. There's also a space for outdoor drinking.
To get even more excited, here's a look at the interior.
As for the food, the plates will be split between "bar classics" and "daily specials with entrees, soups, salads, a meat dish, a fish dish, and a skillet dish," according to City Paper's preview. At a recent Dogfish Head dinner, they served dishes like mushroom tempura, duck breast with pork belly, mountain trout and more, like sticky buns. Any of those options + beer sound like a solid way to kick off the weekend.
