GQ: 1,008 Different Manhattans at FIG; Try Them

GQ might be a style magazine, but in the current issue, they're working magic with booze and numbers. They calculated the number of different Manhattans thirsty patrons can concoct off the Make Your Own menu (warning: PDF) at Mike Lata and Adam Nemirow's FIG. "Between fourteen whiskeys, eight vermouths, and nine bitters, that's 1,007 reasons to order another." They also named FIG one of the top 10 whiskey bars in the country.
