Pounds of meat: 777 pounds per week, includes beef, chicken, and turkey burgers, apple bacon, ham, and prosciutto
Gallons of ketchup: 16.2 gallons per week, over 60 percent of their ketchup in made in-house
Gallons of mayonnaise: 60 gallons per week
