Zagat placed the Holy City on a list of seven up-and-coming food cities, but quickly added "many might tell you that Charleston has 'arrived.'" A debate for the ages, as it were. There's also a mini interview with FIG/The Ordinary's Mike Lata, where he points out, "...we have the local seafood, and we have a really long growing season farmwise.
