He'll be going up against 30 other finalists from around the country with his drink, "The Sea of Tranquility," made with Tanqueray, Aperol, Marie Brizard triple sec and a chamomile-ginger-tang tea. The Sea isn't on the menu yet, but that might change when Holland makes his return to Charleston. [ECHS]
