Zia Taqueria Taking its Tacos to Asheville

James Island's lauded taco and margarita joint Zia's Taqueria is expanding to Asheville, NC. An ad on Craigslist revealed they're already hiring, and an employee at the James Island location said they're aiming for a March opening.

Back when they were considering expanding, owner Kevin Grant told Asheville website Mountain Express,

"Y'all have a fair amount of Mexican food, but you don't really have anything that's quite like what I serve. I feel like there's a niche in y'alls market that I could fulfill."
