Famed forager and Charleston food ambassador Sean Brock donned his "Make Cornbread, Not War" hat and went on a fishing excursion with Empire South chef Hugh Acheson in Alaska, where the two were serving as guest judges on Top Chef. Brock looks just as at home in the Northern waters as he did on Wadmalaw, and manages to reel in a few trout.
